These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of anastellabridal.com and to every order placed with Anastella LLC (“Anastella”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Exchanges and Privacy Policy pages, which form part of these terms.

Our products

Most Anastella gowns are made to order by hand, in your selected size or to your measurements. Ready-to-Wear pieces are available in stock and ship sooner. We show our gowns as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens, and because every piece is handcrafted, small variations in lace placement, beading and finish are part of its character, not a defect.

Sizing and measurements

Please choose your size using the size guide on each product page, or send us your measurements for a made-to-measure gown. You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements you provide. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will be glad to help.

Orders and prices

• Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping costs and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout.
• Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or a payment cannot be verified. If we cancel, we refund any amount you have paid in full.
• For international orders, customs duties, taxes and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and instalment options such as Klarna and Affirm. Instalment plans are provided by those companies under their own terms. Full details are on our Payment Methods page.

Production and delivery

Made-to-order gowns usually take about 4–8 weeks to produce, and in-stock items usually ship within 2–5 business days. These are estimates and can be longer during peak bridal seasons, so please order with enough time before your date. Ownership and risk pass to you when the order is delivered. See Shipping & Delivery for details.

Returns and exchanges

Made-to-order, customised and altered gowns are made for you and are final sale. Eligible ready-to-ship items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unworn and in their original condition. The full conditions are on our Returns & Exchanges page. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

Your account

If you create an account, please keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Wholesale accounts are opened only after we review a retailer’s application, and wholesale orders are governed by the terms we agree with each retailer.

Reviews and content you send us

When you post a review or send us photos, you confirm the content is yours and give us permission to publish it on our website and social media. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, offensive or unrelated to our products.

Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, text and other content on this website belong to Anastella or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA. If a problem comes up, please contact us first; most issues can be resolved quickly and personally.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
