This Privacy Policy explains how Anastella LLC (“Anastella”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit anastellabridal.com, contact us, book an appointment or place an order. We collect only what we need to make, deliver and support your gown, and we never sell your personal information.

Information we collect

  • Orders: your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, the items you buy and your order history.
  • Made-to-measure and appointments: the measurements, preferences, wedding date and other details you share with us so we can create and fit your gown.
  • Contact and wholesale forms: your name, email, phone, WhatsApp or Telegram contact, your message and, for retailers, your business details.
  • Your account: if you create one, your login details, saved addresses and wishlist.
  • Usage information: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived at our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below).

Payment card details are entered directly with our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.

How we use your information

  • to process, make, ship and support your order, including returns and exchanges;
  • to reply to your questions and arrange fittings and appointments;
  • to review wholesale applications;
  • to protect our website and customers from fraud and spam;
  • to understand how our website is used and improve it;
  • to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the shop, and only as much as they need:

  • Payments: Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Klarna and Affirm) and PayPal;
  • Shipping: UPS and other couriers that deliver your order;
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager;
  • Security: Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that form submissions come from people, not bots;
  • Hosting and backups: our website host and our backup storage;
  • Messaging: WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us there.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and our customers. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Cookies

We use cookies that the site needs to work (your cart, your login and your cookie choice) and analytics cookies that tell us how the site is used. When you first visit, a notice lets you accept or decline. If you decline, analytics and advertising storage are turned off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of advertising. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Messages and appointment details are kept while we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Your cookie choice is remembered for one year.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to give you a copy, or to delete it (except what we must keep by law). Email info@anastellabridal.com and we will reply within 45 days. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Security

Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, card payments are handled by certified payment providers, and access to customer information is limited to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

International visitors

We are based in the United States and serve customers worldwide. Your information may be stored and processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.

Children

Our website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
