Returns & Exchanges

At Anastella Bridal, each gown is created with exceptional attention to craftsmanship and detail.

Made-to-Order Items

As most gowns are handcrafted individually for each bride, made-to-order items are final sale
and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Eligible ready-to-ship items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
● the item has not been worn;
● original tags and packaging are intact;
● there are no signs of wear, makeup, perfume, alterations, or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
● made-to-order gowns;
● customized or altered items;
● sample sale items;
● veils and accessories;
● discounted products.

Return Procedure

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been
received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
