Care Instructions

Bridal garments are made from delicate fabrics that require careful handling and storage. Proper care helps preserve shape, color and texture over time.

  • General recommendations
  • Dry clean only. Avoid home washing unless explicitly stated
  • Do not wring or twist the fabric
  • Store in a breathable garment bag, not in plastic
  • Keep away from direct sunlight and humidity
  • Use padded hangers to maintain the shape of the shoulders and bodice

Fabric-specific care

Silk (satin, chiffon, organza)
Sensitive to moisture, friction and high temperatures. Requires professional dry cleaning only. Avoid contact with water and perfumes, as they may leave stains or marks.

Tulle
Lightweight and prone to deformation. Do not compress during storage. Hang freely to prevent creasing. Steam gently at a distance if needed.

Lace
Delicate and easily snagged. Handle with care, especially around jewelry. Store separately from rough fabrics to avoid damage.

Crepe and matte fabrics
More stable but still require dry cleaning. May crease during storage — use low-temperature steaming from the reverse side.

Beaded and embroidered fabrics
Highly sensitive to weight and tension. Always store hanging or fully supported. Avoid folding to prevent damage to embellishments.

After the event
Clean the dress as soon as possible to prevent permanent stains. For long-term storage, use acid-free packaging and keep the garment in a cool, dry place.
